Unilateral Floor Press would be a nice replacement for the decline pushups but most people would need a lighter weight. And you'd miss out on the depth, of course, but a mix would surely be "fun". 😊

Beginners, please ignore this guy (he's obviously worked hard and good luck to him), this is NOT for beginners. Find your way over to Wildman Athletica, Mark Wildman is the best kettlebell instructor on YouTube.

Im getting into kettlebells. Does the different colors/tape mean anything when watching these videos. Im interested in knowing how much they’re lifting compared to what im doing. Thanks.
