Let myself go and put on a lot of weight, so really needed this. So far got 2 rounds of 15+12 done. Legs nearly gave out on the second lot of deadlifts, god I miss the burn. More beginners content for things like dumbbells and such please!

Thank you for this. I just bought kettlebells and theres so many vids. Yours is clear and seems easy to follow so im gonna try it.

I just feel that the swing is a bit more complex than the others for beginners, and i want to work on my form first before i integrate it in the set.
