*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

Thank you for not mentioning calories, “earning” food, or body change concepts. A lot of people find those triggering to negative body image or eating distress. It’s great to find a workout video that doesn’t present exercise as a mode of body change. I am fat, and I’m staying fat. I’ve had issues with disordered eating behaviours and body hatred in the past. But now I work out because it feels good and because I love my body, not because I hate it and want to change it.

Here to comment that this kettlebell workout is still relevant in 2023!!! I personally think this is the best 10 min workout on YT. It's HIIT, or at least I feel more exhausted upon completion compared to others.

That is literally the first time I’ve ever picked up a kettlebell in my life. I stepped on the scale early this morning and it yelled at me “TWO TWENTY POINT SIX!!!” And I came to the gym first thing today. I’m so out of shape but I am very proud of myself for lasting the entire ten minutes with you. 18 lb kettlebell. The push-ups were hard AF and I definitely need routinely practice. I just wanted to say thank you! ☮️💕🙃

brilliant...I finally found an instructor on youtube that's not screechy, loud or annoying to the extent where I had to turn it off after 2 mins...really really enjoyed your video...your class and so enjoyable to watch and learn..thankyou...:) from Ireland..

thank you Amy, i am started one week ago, and i can already see the difference and i feel better and my legs have more condition, i am using your exercises, and some are a little difficult to start but i keep trying, i use a 6 kg kettlebel, and i am 54 years, i feel great and am glad i started this.

One of my favorite full body kettlebell workout videos! I've always struggled with "back rolls" even when I was a size 4 in high school so my back and obliques are always a concern when I put on a little more weight. I've been doing this workout 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks and I'm noticing that area of my body is becoming smoother. Those windmills and rows really work for me!!

Well, I'm sure glad I found this because I learned that I have been doing my kettlebelll swings incorrectly for a long time now. I have been squatting rather than using the deadlift form. I was also swinging way over my head which is probably why my wrist has been bothering me lately. Thank you so much for the CLEAR instructions and demonstration. It is also helpful that you have this short one for when a person doesn't have much time. If others are wondering if this video would be good for them --- I am older in my 60s, exercise regularly and moderately fit, would like to lose 20 pounds and I was able to keep up just fine. People just need to use the weight they are comfortable with. I had to modify the very last movement but I loved this workout! I recommend it!

I have been doing this workout, along with 2 minutes of non-stop crunches 5 days a week for the last week and a half and i already noticed my back fat is lessening and i am feeling stronger. I should note that my diet has been pretty bad (i am working on it!) and i have also been going on 20 min walks. It works, people!!

I just found this video a few months ago to spice up my 2x a week strength training routine. I run 15 miles a week (3 a day) and I add this 10 min workout after that run twice a week. I work full time, long hours, and have 2 school age kids and I so appreciate these awesome short videos! Love that you use kettlebells too!! THANK YOU!
