We are going to do 5 compound exercises for 3 full circuits. Closing out with a sweaty Tabata Finisher!

⏱️ Duration: 30 minutes includes warm up and cool down
🏋️ Equipment: Mat, dumbbells
💪 My weights used today: 12- and 15-pound dumbbells
🧘 Timer will be set at 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest
🎶 Music by @EpidemicSound for the workout and @TabataSongs for the Tabata Finisher
💪 Workout Breakdown:
Dumbbell 1/2 burpee to double arm row
SeeSaw Press with Opposing Knee Drive
Staggered RDL to Curl Staggered Squat R
Staggered RDL to Curl Staggered Squat L
Alternating Reverse Lunge with Rotational Curl
