I think the key is to get enough of them in your diet because in the past I've always maybe sprinkle a few on my oatmeal and then kind of forgot about it and they sit in my fridge. Now I started with a tablespoon in the morning in a little bit of yogurt and a tablespoon at night in a little bit of fruit or yogurt. Whatever way you can get them in your diet with doing 1 tablespoon in the morning and one tablespoon in the evening. I am absolutely amazed on what happened, I sleep great now, my anxiety is really no more or under control, same with my ADHD it's really under control or gone I don't know how to explain it. I guess the Omega-3s is serotonin for the brain. I researched it these little seeds have so much health benefits you got to check it out!! Like I said it was a thing for a while but people just don't incorporate enough of them into their diet every day to feel the benefits.

Flax seeds + chia seeds in a coffee grinder. Add the powder to a bowl of oatmeal, add in a couple dashs of hotsauce and a tablespoon of honey. I call it the powerhouse bowl. Perfect way to get the day going.

chia hack: if you use hot water to enlarge chia seeds into gel it will take only 30 seconds to form a gel, instead of overnight

2 tablespoon is too much for the average person in a day.

1 tablespoon/3 teaspoons is a lot too, but I've been doing that lately. After I cook a ground meat, I add it in, with cheese & a sauce, like A1. Great way to hide them.

Not sure if the body digests a lot of those seeds to absorb those micronutrients. But nevertheless very positive for the body.

She said you can eat the seeds raw, but I have read that you should not eat them before they have been soaked. They can be a choking hazard
