I add two teaspoons to a glass of lemon water every morning, it definitely helps with my energy levels. My guess is due to the iron content.

I started consuming Chia seeds a couple of months ago. I take 2 teaspoons per day soaked in water overnight. I don’t drink them all at once. I drink half in the morning and half later in the day. My goal was to improve my regularity. It is working very well.

I eat organic chia seeds 4 tablespoons mixed in milk with added berries every day I just eat them because they are good I don’t know if I feel any different though but I like the idea of more fiber and omega 3 😀
