This meditation video I discovered in a midst of prolonged emotional and mental turmoil I had been enduring in my personal life. This video enabled me to find my inner peace and guidance. I felt so blissful, tranquil and protected after so long. I started taking necessary steps to move towards my wellbeing. This meditation literally saved me from the incessant chatter in my mind. Prior to this video my problem looked like an insurmountable obstacle. I want to thank the Mindful Movement team and Sara for her very comforting voice. Her voice has been my only companion in my situation imposed aloneness. I am very grateful, as this channel essentially saved my life. May everyone be blessed and discover peace and bliss!

Tears are still running over my face. This meditation really helped me to come into the feeling. I was paralyzed before and didn't know what to do. My friend died by suicide two weeks ago and this seemingly shocked me. I'm so grateful that I can let the feeling out now...thank you!👩🏼

Dear Sarah, I have been looking for a meditation for a long time but could not find the One, which would be mine. A week before I started my cancer treatment, I found your video. It helped me to reduce the pain caused my stress, it helps me to concentrate on my aim- to be healthy again and enjoy the life. Doesn’t matter how bad I feel, I watch/hear the video and it is exactly what I need during my this special journey. I want to thank you for the work you do!! Thank you so much for this. I’ve been struggling for several months now with my own fears, pains, worries and stress and this is the first time I can breathe again. It made me realize how profoundly I DESERVE a life of PEACE and SERENDIPITY. How I deserve to take the time to love myself always and heal. To live a life without my overthinking and pain.
