To give yourself the opportunity to use your energy for healing, it’s important to release the negative energy of shame, guild, and anger towards yourself.

The last thoughts before you drift off to sleep stay with your subconscious and can create a profound alteration in your beliefs. Tonight, and in the future, love, accept, and forgive yourself to free energy for healing while you sleep. Think positive thoughts of kindness and compassion for yourself. Whenever you are feeling down remind yourself that it will pass, remind yourself that you are nothing less than a miracle, remind yourself that your Karmas are being cleansed. Pray to God, prayer is powerful. Have faith, have patience. Love yourself. Good times will come. Peace and love.

I love your soothing voice together with the birds and other sounds I feel so safe and secure, all anxiety disappears and mostly you bring me into sleep, till I sit up straight again, suffering from CPTSS and depression caused by staying too long serving my ex narcissistic partner, which Still dominates my whole life…….I’m on my way to healing, being free again and embracing life like I did before. This meditation and the morning one help me so much. I suffer from depression, anxiety and PTSD and am going through physical pain with my back. I just had an ablation done 2 weeks ago and am still in pain. When I do these meditations, especially this one with the deep breathing exercises my pain goes away. I keep telling myself I'm enough and I love you just the way you are. I love all your meditations! They naturally help me so much.

They are all so different dealing with all kinds of mental stress and emotional turmoil.And at some point or other they bring home this message that unless we love ourselves with deep conviction it is never possible to love others.

I've been listening to your meditations for a couple of years now. This is how I was able to get thru the transition of my bonus mom. Now I have sciatica I was in so much pain this a.m. the only thing I could think of is I need to calm myself down and breathe. I turned on the healing meditation and it worked!
