For a long time I have thought I had aphantasia because I can’t create mental images in my mind. It can make visualization during mediation really hard. Doing this meditation as it got to the later colors I was able to mentally see them. Something I have never experienced before. Thank you for this!

That was beautiful, I used to do the light meditations myself, the white, gold yellow & indigo, such healing to have it flow through, & over you & back to mother earth to be regenerated & grounding, to be returned to you & to give back. This is my new daily meditation. I've tried several Triple A apps. Headspace, waking up, calm, mind Valley, wellness coach. None have been this quality of teaching me or reaching me like this. The voice and visualization was magnificent. No one has ever spoken to me this way my whole life. I felt loved and positive vibes, good intentions.
