Pain is not typically a desirable sensation, especially when it becomes chronic. The resistance and upset can make the experience worse. Pain is a message from your body and if you ignore that message, it will continue to get louder and stronger. By simply focusing on, observing, and accepting the sensations as they are, this practice can be transforming and releasing. This meditation will help you focus your mind and energy on your experience with acceptance to provide physical and mental relaxation and pain relief.

While this meditation practice is not a substitute for medical treatment if needed, it can help to ease your suffering and experience a relaxed state.

"You can feel the sensations of your body and they don't have to define or control you" thank you so much for this, i needed to hear it. I have Lupus and my symptoms can be debilitating at times. I have a hard time not being angry at my own body or feeling like it is letting me down. I'm slowly learning how to accept myself even when I'm not physically healthy, the pain is not a choice but the suffering is.

I really appreciate your meditations. It would be so helpful if the music extended after you finish speaking as there isn’t enough time to slowly come back and unplug before the unpleasant intrusion of an advertisement.

Woke up with shoulder pain from an old injury that is quite a challenge to live with. This meditation helped!! I was able to let go and breathe into it and by the time it was over, I am literally pain free ❤️🙏🏻😇 Thank you for the guidance!

As of recent, my hips have been in near constant pain, and my back muscles have been randomly spasming. So today, I decided to soak in a extra healing epsom salt bath. There's enough salt that the water is holding my weight and allowing me to float freely. Pair that with this meditation, and I could feel as my muscles relaxed, burned in pain, and then slowly released that pain. I don't think my muscles have ever been this relaxed. Thank you.

For years, I have had chronic discomfort in my shoulders, which causes occasional pain because I work a physically demanding job. Whenever I’m starting to feel that pain, I listen to this video and it really helps ease it back and help me relax. Thank you for this video 🙏

How did I miss this????
Thanks for uploading it as the pain I have in my back, ribs and sternum at times is so horrible that I want to cry… I broke nine bones and they’re all in different states of repair. I’m tackling it with everything I can, so now I’m going to try from within…🙏❤️
