10 Minute Guided Breathing to Feel Better

Do you want to feel less stress, have more energy and just feel better? Come Breathe With Me and follow along to this 10 minute Guided breathing exercise. The music and my voice are here to guide you along and help you with your breathing. Sit back Relax and click play. You can do this in the morning, afternoon or at night before bed. It's recommended to this guided breathing in the morning on an empty stomach. I prefer to do it while my coffee is brewing. Adding a simple guided breathing practice like this to your daily or weekly routine can really benefit you and others around you.

I have been doing the wim hof breathing meathod for years (with periods of days to months of falling off and not being consistent where yes, my life starts to revert back into chaos) so I know how well this works if you can integrate it into your daily practice. Esp right upon waking. And if you can, at night as well. Watch your life transform for the better! Being consistent for even just a month had even got me to quit vaping too for all you vapers/smoker lol. It’s a miracle worker for real. I sometimes would get bored with wim hof’s (no disrespect wim you’re a genius and a life savor 😊) video though so I’m glad I found this one. This was fantastic and a bit different than his and so now I’m going to stick with this everyday. Thank you so much for sharing ❤

I started with the Wim Hof guided video and followed it for quite some time. As much as I TRULY appreciate Wim, sometimes other guides we just connect with differently and the experience is better. Some people prefer to not have talking during the breath hold, but I actually find it helps keeps me centered.

I've practiced meditation daily for 5 1/5 years so I'm no stranger to finding peace in silence, but for whatever reason I just feel more benefits using this video to practice this particular type of breathwork every day. So, thank you for creating this to share with us. 😌🙏🏻

Great. Just what I needed to get back into it. I got to a four minute breath hold last year but gave it up for some reason. This is a good way of getting back into it.
