Excellent exercises, I do these almost daily, bird dog is a little tricky at first. Core exercises can also help stabilize your back. Nice work Kristie🙂

Ty for demo of wall band slide..previously hurt my SI / Performis area doing kettle bell goblet squats.. these appears to be a safer and effective alternative to try next time at gym for strengthening and rehab🇺🇸🇺🇸

Dead bugs and bird dogs will help anyone with a QA issue. Good info & demo. You can start the bird dog with 1 second pauses and extend the time as you get stronger. This and side planks & trunk/leg raises eliminated my back pain from QA weakness.

Oh my gosh. I've had so much lower back since I had my hip replacement operation due to requiring realignment. I'll try these exercises and hope they help. Thanks, Dr. Kristie 😊

These are the core exercises I do daily.Last one for 15yrs (it also makes you taller because automatically you have the musculature to stop slouching 🙂🙃Well done Kristie

I didn't know Marches were a precursor to Turtles (what I still call Dead bugs haha), I was having difficulty with them recently thanks to a fresh bout of back pain. I'll try marches today! Thank you.
