It's time for a quick leg day warm up routine! These exercises are a great way to warm up, activate the glutes and open the hips before you dive into a heavy leg day or HIIT workout. Follow along but be sure to spend extra time on any spots that are feeling like they may need some extra attention!

1:35 Glute bridges- 10
2:40 leg swings - 10 each side swing and 10 each front swings
3:55 spot march- 10 each leg
4:20 hip circle- 10 each leg
5:05 air squat-10 reps
5:28 hold low - 30 seconds
6:04 drop plus lift- 10 reps

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the info. I am a old man in a young man's game. I have torn my hamstring 3 times in a year. Finding a good leg warmup has been challenging.
