I was a dancer, and I’d always do this same warmup before every rehearsal/class/show. It feels incredible just having the hips stretch out. Another stretch we’d do is having partners go into a straddle split, and they pull each others arms until the one stretching was touching the floor with his/her belly.

I just started squatting again after a long break, and i was getting this tightening pain in my hamstrings that made me afraid to do more weight. Going to try and do this every morning along with my other stretches.
