What I like about this video over some of your other warm-ups is the use of the timer and going through the session together. That way I don't need my own timer and you provide corrective cues along with more details during the movements.

One of the best leg warm ups. Video is easy to follow. I have noticed a difference in flexibility after just 2 weeks as well being quite tight in my hips also. BRAVO

Thanks for this video. I feel like even prior to these exercises, there should be a warm up? Like a warm up to the warm up? Or maybe it’s just me aging joints that need extra care 😅
