So glad I found this channel. I’m 56 and have the menopause belly and waist that just won’t shift. I’m just starting and really like that these exercises don’t involve lying on the floor. I have finally found exercises that I can do. Thank you.

I use some of your exercises as a 5min warmup before 15 mins on a mini stepper and then some of your seated exercises as a 5 min warm down. I have been doing this for 4 weeks now and am starting to notice a difference. I'm 43 and in the 1st stages of perimenopause, and gradually been battling the paunch since I turned 40. These exercises are easy and low impact on my knees. Thank you for sharing these tips with us. ❤

I’m 63 and have been bicycling 10 miles for the last 2 months. I’ve added your workouts (arms and belly) for the last 30 days. I’m seeing results and am excited. I’ve removed sugar from my diet and increased my protein. I admit I get frustrated how stubborn the belly fat is! My question is: how long did it take you to get your tummy as flat as it is? Just did this. Achievable, builds up at the right pace and now I’m cooling down!! I had a mastectomy 3 weeks ago and nearly all of this was achievable. Thank you.

Really great workout! I can already feel the burn in my lower belly after the first time with this video! I'm 55 and have arthritis and I was able to complete all exercises. Thank you for this fabulous workout! Definitely a keeper.
