I"m almost 64 and I can vouch for their beginner program for sure. When I started last January I could only do one pull up. Now I'm up to seven (7)! With their program you can configure your training to your level of fitness. But with any exercise program you still must be honest with yourself and challenge yourself to progress in strength. Their program helps with that also. No need for dumbbells until you can master your own body-weight. I like these guys.

I am an absolute beginner, female, 65. I am starting with one round of these, and am on my second day. The burpees are the most challenging for me, but I'll get there!

I'm using their workout programs a year now (from level 2 to 5), I was able to perform 5 pullups only. now I can do one arm pullups, full front and back lever, hand stand push up with full range of motion and advanced tuck planche. All the programs are well structured, easy and in some cases short. Definitely recommend Alex and Sven's programs.

Very inspiring. When u dont feel like training or dont have the time just 5 minutes gets mi going but after 5 minutes of corse i continue with the second turn.
I think these type of videos are the ones that makes most people not skipping too many workouts.

When El Eggs said 30 sec jumping lunges then 30 sec normal lunges I thought he was going to regress to normal lunges but he does 1 min straight of jumping lunges, with no form breakdown or loss of tempo. What a fucking beast

Started off strong with the advanced versions, but towards the end, had to revert to the easier progression 😆 Nice workout!
