I have a recipe for Liver (& onions) I use Calves Liver. Lightly dust Liver in flour mixed with Parsley, Garlic powder, Salt & Pepper. Then dip Liver in egg, back into Flour, then egg, then pat down in a bowl of dried Breadcrumbs, coating both sides. I fry in Butter in a Cast Iron frying pan on low so as not to scorch Butter until the 1st side is browned nicely, flip & brown 2nd side. In another pan fry Sliced onions in butter until caramelized. Set onions aside in bowl. Using onion pan add butter, Brown Gravy powder & a little water to blend Gravy. Once Gravy is smooth, add Garlic powder stir & fold in pre-fried onions, heat until hot. Lay Fried Liver on plate. Smother in Gravy. We love this. Enjoy.❤

Steamed Beets are excellent for nitric oxide increase. They can be juiced too. Works faster and in my personal humble opinion, better than spinach. Tastes great!

I love the simplicity of them and how you just cut to the chase and just explain what it is and how it is good for us without adding a lot of fluff. As a whole food, plant based eater (after 45 years of research) I usually watch these vids just to shake my head. However... Although I don't eat it anymore, Beef Liver IS one of the most nutrient foods on the planet & I LOVE Liver & Onions. However, with modern factory farming practices (Antibiotics & it's cholesterol content etc...) I would "steer" clear & take a quality B complex instead. Acorn Squash? Yes! Excellent food! Spinach? Can't stand it cooked but have it in my daily smoothie & regular salads alternating with Kale etc... Pumpkin seeds? Absolutely! Not just for Mg. content but very effective for men with BPH. Flas Seeds? EVERYDAY in my smoothies! Research shows blood pressure lowering effects & their Lignan content is chemoprotective! Truly a top 10 superfood! Great vid!

Flax Seed is one thing Ive been eating for years as a regulatory for your stool. I add it mainly to my salad. Previous to that constipation had been a big problem for me.

Not to question you in anyway, but it’s important to differentiate between the vitamin K1 which is a coagulator and vitamin K2, which is the one that actually helps to break up the Calcium build up in your arteries. The K2 actually works as a transporter to get the calcium into the bones where it needs to go. K1 is actually a coagulator and it’s good for blood clotting.
K2 is found in our fermented foods like sauerkraut, the #1 being natto. Hope this helps him. Thanks for doing what you do :-)
