Eggs!! I also regret not eating them every day when I was younger. I have 4 or 5 each day now and what a difference it has made.

WE eat the same foods. I'm going to be 69! in a few weeks. I still train body building stye and eat clean. I love peanut butter. I'm female, 5 feet 120lbs buff. people never guess my age...usually about 52. IM JUST WORKING OUT THE REST TAKES CARE OF ITSELF. Thank you !
