Why is coconut oil being demonized?
Just because its high in "saturated fat"? Its all the fault of Ancel Keys and his Lipid Hypothesis, why not look instead into the amount of processed sugar (white) and over refined carbohydrates (white flour) that one eats. I was given statins because my Triglycerides were 252, i did not take them, whatbi did was cut out almost all sugar and refined carbohydrates, i started 12/12 intermittent fasting and upped my vegetables and fruits, i used extra virgin olive oil, sometimes replaced it with vigrin coconit oil, after 4 months my Triglycerides went down to 81, HDL went up LDL also went down.
