Soluble fiber foods (lower bad cholesterol and sugars, making you more insulin sensitive):
Oats, beans, lentils, salmon and other fatty fish, eggs, nutbutters, seeds, unsweet yogurt and kefir, fermented vegetables, leafy greens, grapes, blueberries, apples, citrus fruits, and avocados.

Husband and I recently celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary! I have always tried to keep us healthy. Our 56 year old daughter is vegan so she has helped us change our diet for the better. My husband now views your teachings also. It was a very happy event when I discovered you here on You Tube. Thanks so much for helping us to stay as healthy as we can!

Dr Mandell, I started following your channel at the start of COVID a few years ago because I was looking to improve my immune system to have a better chance of surviving if I should be afflicted! I did not take my yearly full health control until yesterday! The results are in: I lost ten kilos, I have a metabolic age of 46 ( I am 61) and my bad cholesterol had more than halved and has been replaced by good cholesterol and I had added 30% more muscle mass! Thank you for your guidance and never ending efforts to help all people “one day at a time”!👏🏾👍🏾🙏🏾
