I was challenged to stay focused throughout (because my mind kept reminding me this one was "29 minutes"), then we neared the end, and a flood of gratefulness overcame me. Thank you for all you do Tim.

i loved the class thanks so much. Someone left a yoga block on the beach 😂 you should use a rock some day 😁 and i really love the do what you should not what you can thing, it's going to be my motto this year. I've been reminding myself about it quite a few times already and i love that you remind us about it as well throughout the challenge! thanks so much Tim, i hope you have a peaceful day 🙏🏻

I can already feel a difference in my strength and stamina! That's super motivating to show up!!! Even 15-20 minutes a day can make a difference!
