I have been lifting weights for many years. I’m a 67yo F and have decent muscles but these I have been concentrating on them for a 10 min workout daily just for the last 5-7 days. (I do a 30 min upper body or lower body or full body every morning.). But I’m sick of this flappy underarm stuff. I’ve done many YouTube tricep workouts and like them all…..but I LOVE yours. I’ll be back. Thank

My first day doing this with you. I decided I would use 5lb to 8lb to get a baseline and do the exercise properly only to discover that 5lb to 8lb brings on the burn so I guess that is my baseline for now:)
