Strengthening your glute muscles is incredibly important to keep your back, hips and knees healthy ✅
If you’re experiencing pain in any of those areas- this may also help you find relief!
⚠️ IMPORTANT : Make sure you master these movement a without the band first before adding the resistance band. Use support as needed. ⚠️
Resistance bands can be a great tool to use if you’re traveling and this can be a great walking warm up🙌🏼
I’ve had many patients with hip and knee arthritis use these exercises to help optimize how their legs are moving and build more muscle to help absorb the stress instead of it going to the joints 👏🏼
Let me tell you- these can be more fatiguing then they look 👀
You may only need 1-2 sets of this at first to feel it 🔥 Bump up to 2-3+ sets once you notice you don’t experience any pain during or after.
