Wasn't feeling the best today. Took more than an hr to do this workout as had to take many rest in between. But it's ok! I managed to complete it! What a sense of achievement to push through. Thanks Anna for another amazing workout

I love it more when you make lower body days difficult by adding some cardio moves and moves that challenge our stability muscles in the legs. Today's workout was the perfect combination of strength, cardio and balance. Thank you, Anna 😘❤
