At age 92, I have been doing 20 of these exercises every day, but hearing that they'll make my butt look better... Tomorrow I'll start doing 100! 😎

Glute bridges are better for activation and mobility than building muscle. 100 is waaay to many though, 25-30 is fine. You need to do other exercises as well, dont waste time/effort on a niche stuff, but even if you have time to work out 4 hours a day, do fewer but do them better. You need to hold for 5-10 seconds per rep, not quick like in this video.

Pushups and squats or glutes can be done every day using just bodyweight. You even got me resolved to doing them every day. Good vid.

I've been doing about 15-20 every morning for the past week or so... having been behind a desk for the last decade (after working a jobswhere i was always moving and walking a lot for about 30 years) I didn't realize just how out of shape i am... gotta work towards that 100

I've added these to my daily routine, along with some stretches and sometimes donkey kicks or glute kickbacks. I usually do the glute bridges for a whole song, so not sure how many but I'm sure it's at least 100

My gluete muscles have tightened. Also my hip muscles and spine joint. Undergoing hand manipulation physiotherapy. Lower back pain and buttock pain. Have been advised gluete bridges, cobra and 2 more for gluetes, for the strengthening of the muscles please advise

I used to do this excercise, but I stoped because my butt was becoming somewhat... toned/big, so It felt weird and then I returned training other muscles of the body to compensate. But now I discover it helps lower back pain? I'm gonna do it again as a routine then, cause I have a weak back (cause scoliosis).

How do you make a video about doing glute bridges everyday but don’t take any time to show how to do it with proper form?? If you’re doing any videos about exercises you need to show the proper form so that people don’t hurt themselves but also know how to target that specific area properly.

Two grown sized male cops once tried to detain me and bring me down to the ground and since I have rock solid glutes from doing glute bridges with weights they had no chance it was like trying to move a marbel statue

Dont rush them. You will get the most of them, while you control the movement, activate legs, abs, thigs and slowly go up, hold there for a moment and go down but not to the ground. These are easy while done faster, and can be challenging while you do them slower. No need to go for 1/sec, do 10 of them in 30 sec and you will feel the difference ;)
