I definitely feel this was a bit more challenging than others, and I LOVED IT!! At 59 I have to keep pushing myself harder if I want to see any results. It was good to see you in shoes. I always wear shoes, even for yoga. I like the extra support for my arches, knees, and ankles. Thank you so much for all you do for us!

Oh my Lord this was intense....by the end of round 3 I had to hit pause and try to BREATHE lol. ...I took a break before beginning round 4 lol. This wasn't easy at all. I immediately laid down flat on my mat like a dead dog after 😂

I absolutely loved it of course but this kicked my butt! I feel accomplished. I really pushed myself.

Tengo desde inicio de enero que te descubrí, estoy haciendo los dos vídeos por día. Me encanta que no pones saltos o tirarte al piso y pararte, esos movimientos luego me lastimaban o me andaba resbalando porque mi piso y el espacio no son para ello. Tus rutinas son justo lo necesario para mi y ya ni se diga de la buena música. Lo amo, gracias. 💖

OMG! I didn't think I could last for 45 minutes but I did. I have been doing your workout for a year now and look forward to your workout at least 5 times a week. I started with 30 minutes and now I am proud of my progress. Love, love your workout and recommended it to my friends.

Maybe shouldn’t have done this one on my first week back 🥵🥵🥵 but I MADE IT! Slowly recovering & getting back on track!

Some moves were so HIIT I had to pause for 10 seconds to breathe. Phew! & round 4 just about knocked me out 😂

Need to work back up to this but praising God I am able to workout with you again!
