I started with a 16:8 and now I’m doing 21:3. I’m down 15lbs so far. You look good keep it up

The 16:8 is what I do. It typically works better for women with all of the hormonal fluctuations we experience.

quarantine really messed me up too. i gained 35 pounds (15kg) because of it. i'm still strugling to lose weight. this s my first week intermitting fasting and i am feeling pretty good.

I just started 16:8 - eating 11am-7pm only. I am on the second night and I already feel it working it is amazing guys. I also eat very healthy and go to gym 3-4 times a week.

Ripple non dairy, plant based milk is also really good, that’s all I use now. I get it at Whole Foods, Target, a few other places. Kitchari is a good, filling, detox food, many different recipes! I make mine spicy🌶

I might have to try this 16:8 method I recently B stopped eating after 8pm and finally getting used to it so to take it a step further I am going to start fasting
