I found intermittent fasting works, one meal per day during lunch time high fat protein combined with green veggies. I lost 1lb/day doing this method. No stress good sleep does help. The hardest part is during the weekend when I go out with my family and they want buffet. I will be picking only the protein like steak or shrimps and salad. I dont even look at the dessert bar lol

I really enjoy your videos because you take the time to explain not only HOW to improve your health, but more importantly WHY the transformation takes place by altering your diet from a scientific point of view. it's really informative, educational and interesting and you're good at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand.

I haven't come to a place where I can cut out carbs altogether, but cutting out sugars together with intermittent fasting has really been a game changer for me! I wasn't able to lose weight after my third pregnancy, never had any problems with losing weight before, but this third round nothing changed no matter how I ate and counted calories etc. But as soon as I started IF and fasting from sugars and cutting down on carbs a LITTLE, the fat is falling off of me!!! I'm so happy I didn't need to change my diet that much because I don't think I'll be able to go 💯 keto! But it still works 🥳

I started on keto and doing IF last week
Man, the first three days were hell, I couldn't think of anything but food
Today, my seventh day, I don't even feel like having dinner (highly considering OMAD now)
And I will weight and measure myself tomorrow morning to see how much I've achieved so far

The thing with Dr Berg is that you could listen to him when your life is great and do well... and... then you get depressed for 5 years and put the weight on .. then you watch his video again and he helps you recover ..
His video stays so relevant .. thanks Dr.
It's very empowering to follow something and it works . Lost 15KG and now on my last 10 Kg sir.

Dr.Berg thanks again for another informative video, I have been on intermintent fasting for the past 3 months & managed to gradually lose 20lbs. But now having difficulties losing that last few stuborn pounds, your video is probably my answer to that problem, thanks.

This guy is the best health/nutrition advisor on Youtube hands down. John Bergman is very good too. Just by following Erics tips on ketosis and intermittent fasting I've become ripped as hell.

I have been following your advice and directions along with the six pack abs program and I have lost 30 lbs so far and my muscles are popping to the point people are stopping and asking what I am doing. This is free super high quality advice that I will follow for the rest of my life. Tomorrow I turn 56 but I feel like I'm still in my early 30s... Yaaayyy!

Some of thee pointers are a little too strict for me but I will definitely focus on reducing my sugar intake, eating more protein, intermittent fasting, not snacking between meals, not eating 3 hours before sleep and HIIT workouts. Thanks for this video! For reference I just want to lose maybe 5-7 lbs.

I love all your videos. Since you wanted a success story, Following every suggestion you gave right now I lost 15 pounds. I looked up to a lot of your videos and got the hang of the fact that I should not trigger insulin. I tried your Keto diet. However, after losing a lot now I'm not losing anymore, which is why I'm watching this video to refresh my memory or to know something new to lose weight.

I can't believe I'm down to the last ten pounds. Started at 164 and 5'2". At 140 now. I started cutting sugar around November, 2017. I don't know when I went Keto. I didn't know what keto was when I started cutting sugar. I started paying 9.99 for commercial free YouTube and was watching all the was definitely full keto by February.

Those are obvious sugars/carbs. Pay attention to the sauces, which includes dips and dressings. Spice and dry rub blends may contain sugar. If you didn't make it yourself there's a good chance it has some type of sugar.

There are a bunch of Natural body builders who have lost the last 10 pounds that goes against what The Dr is saying. I am not saying he is wrong. I am just saying you can do it multiple ways.
