Welcome to my 10 Minute Beginner Skipping Rope Workout. Skipping rope for the first time is never easy you will make lots of mistakes and want to give up. I encourage you to have a go and try your best. You can always take the rope out and follow along with me by just doing the footwork. This is also a great way to build up your lower body conditioning while establishing rhythm and co-ordination.

The workout begins with a warm-up and finishes with a cool down that I encourage you to stick around for. Your body will thank you later. Good luck and remember...
