Did this circuit 3 times with some heavier ropes mixed in for fun. If I had tried to do this three months ago, I would've been on the floor after the first circuit, and now I can do this 3 times and will do a short run as my "cool-down." For newbies, stick with it! Gains are fast! So fun.

I’m new to jumping and I’ve done this everyday this week so far😮. I do the basic jump for the jump parts because that’s all I can do so far. I even got my husband to join yesterday!Such an intense and invigorating workout. I love it!

Great session to do while traveling and you don’t have a lot of room: I had the smallest little space - I couldn’t even fit in a side swipe - but all these moves fit. I did 3 rounds, and it’s so hot even in the morning right now that I was a tomato. Loved it: thank u!

So I just needed a 'reboot' by watching this video! Thank you.
I started jumping about 2-3 years ago and started with this rope. However, over time, have leaned towards heavier ropes with probably the 1/2lb being my favorite.
Through recent challenges, have picked up the 1/4lb again, but have failed to find my rhythm with it and would more often than not, swap to the 1/2lb. But now, having just watched this, I've realised that I was trying to use the 1/4lb rope, but with heavier rope arm placement! Thank you, the 1/4lb is back in my workouts.

Back then i was insecure about my body so i started working out i lost about 80 pounds just by jogging every day i still want to continue and this motivated me to jump rope thanks my guy

Really nice workout. it has a variety of movement and its good cardio without overstressing any kind of muscle. Perfect for rehabilitation after chronic pain treatments.

I'm gonna start this on the weekend after I buy my rope. I'm overweight and since working from home I've put on even more. Well it stops now! I'm going on a journey and I hope to lose 2-3 pounds a week. I'll be back here in a year. Wish me luck!

I started jumping rope 🪢 in the spring 🌼🌱 of 2023 & I am still 🆕 to 🦘 jumping rope & it's going to be about 2 or 3 years before I even show improving at it. As long as I keep trying at it I will improve & that's my goal 🥅.
