Welcome to my 10 Minute Beginner Jump Rope Workout For Weight Loss. The work to rest of 40 sec on and 20 sec rest has been designed to allow you time to make mistakes, untangle your rope and start again. I do not expect you to be able to jump rope for the entire 40 sec it's done to give you guys time. Remember just do as much as you can, rest then start again.
