Workout:

30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope front straddle 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope front straddle 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side 2lb rope
-rest 15 sec between exercises
-rest 1 minute between sets

Back in December of 2019, I weighed about 189 ibs — I'm 5'9. I got really frustrated because I tried doing different workout programs last year, but I wasn't getting results. I made a resolution this year to lose weight and find a workout program that would be sustainable for me. Then I saw your channel, and I got really curious so I decided to try skipping. Fast forward to today, I now weigh 159 ibs! I really love skipping rope because it's fun, and I think that's the important thing when it comes to losing weight; you have to enjoy your workout to get results.

I'm a beginner and I'm about to get out of Bed and Finally start Jumping Rope. I previously planned to start jumping rope on the 1st of October but I've making excuses. This Video is definitely a wake up call for me.
I'll be doing this workout everyday (and hopefully more workouts when this gets easier).
I'll be posting my 30day progress right here.

Starting Date: 06 Oct 2020. My Weight: 86.0Kg
Day 1: Done and dusted, Did the whole 10 min. I'm sweating like crazy. I won't lie but I actually stopped skipping when I heard the 5sec count down, Hopefully I won't do that tomorrow. I actually really enjoyed the workout, still have to learn the jumping skills but it's fine I'll get there. Burned 88 Calories
Day 2: Done✅ I'm really enjoying this workout.
Day 3: Done ✅
Day 4: Done✅
Day 5: Done✅
Day 6: Rest Day
Day 7: Rest Day
Day 8: Done✅
Day 9: Done✅
Day 10: Done✅ Burned 100 Calories
Tomorrow I'll be changing and doing the 1000 skips in a day.
15 October: My weight : 85.1Kg

Day 11: 1000 Skips done✅. Time:13:53, burned 153 Calories. I did 170x5, 150x1, +-45sec rest

From the 17th of October - 25th of October I did the 1000skips in the first 4 days, then I kind off got too busy with work.
But From the 26 of October - 30th of October, I started doing the 1000 Skips again.

I'm able to jumprope nonstop 30 minutes straight... feel awesome...next challenge is 40 minutes

I have just started to jump rope. Although I didn't like it in the beginning, I have started liking it. You guys are truly inspiring and motivating. I used to trip a lot and could hardly do 30 jumps at a time without stopping. Now I have started doing 100 jumps at a time 3 sets or 4 sets for two days and my knee hurts now. I am 72 kgs. Presently I am resting for the last two days.

Awesome video!!! Just did this with all my middle school pe classes (about 300 kids). Great, straight forward cardio workout with no tricks (meaning they can't make excuses because they don't understand). I was surprised how much harder the side to side and front to back jumproping was. My students (and me) were gassed. The best workout we've done all year!

I weigh 113 kg and as someone who has never jumped rope before, I lost 13 kg by jumping rope 4-5 times a week for 1 month.I continue by mixing the 2 videos.Thank you man ❤
