Best video on the internet. You gave the answer 30 seconds into the video. No dragging people along for 20 to 30 minutes. Well done!!

I lost 20lbs in 5 months jumping roping 4 times a week. Seems like a slow drop but it’s been a year and I have not gained it back and i saw my body fat drop. Best workout!

Got the leanest I’ve ever been once I found your guys’ channel in 2020 and started incorporating jump rope into my workouts. Doing 20-30 min with the 1/2lb and 1lb ropes is way more fun and effective than walking for 45-60 min on a treadmill or stair stepper

I"m an extreme beginner and I felt really bad about only being able to do about 5 minutes. This made me feel a lot better!

In search for quick, easy yet effective workout I found this channel. So I started in october 2019, did only 20 minutes of jump rope everyday with breaks. 5 months into it, I was where i wanted to be and now, 2 years later I'm in the best shape I've ever been. So, Thanks guys. It was a great journey and I hope to keep it up for the rest of my life !

Hi I'm a 49 Yr old grandma who is a beginner to jump rope after watching the channel I decided to start with the 7 day jump rope challenge. I watched this channel to get my technique down and went for it. I'm on day 4 1500 jumps in 15 minutes and I have found a new passion. I can't wait to pick up my rope.

The best advice I've come across! I'm a beginner and I've started with 10 minutes (breaks/trips) so basically a good 5 minutes of jumping. Today is day 3

I work from home and I jump rope(weighted) for 1-2 minutes 5-10 times a day, m-f. Gives me a flat stomach, not a 6 pack. These short sessions also give me energy and boost my mood through out the day.

Thanks for keeping it real and honest at the end. I was that person who used to enjoy jumping rope an hour a day but I was still eating a lot of carb heavy foods ( think rice and sugary drinks every day). I wasn’t losing any weight at all. Once I cleaned up my diet, the weight started falling off and my workouts got even better. Listen to what he said guys!! 💯🙌🏾

I'm so glad I clicked on this video! I've just started hitting the ropes. I've been trying 10 minutes with 1 minute on, 15 seconds off and it's been intense. But I think 5 minutes is my cup of tea for sure! I'm not trying to quit, I want this to be apart of my daily routine. Thank you for sharing this information!!!

First time seeing your channel. I'm 46 and I've been a weight lifter for years. I was in a near fatal car accident 4.5 years ago that required multiple lower back surgeries. I've FINALLY been able to lift weights regularly again for a little over a year, but need to slim down. I can't carry the mass I used to because my back hurts all the time(arthritic). I bought a jump rope and will be incorporating it in to my workouts starting tomorrow.

I'm 32 years old and in the years I've been seeing videos on YouTube on workouts and nutrition, this 5 minute video made me (for the first time) wanna comment and congratulate someone on putting out a video that was consice and realistic and not trying to be pushy on. So THANK YOU!! 😊
