I have an idea for a series! Basically you write down all the excuses not to work out you can come up with, such as "I have no space", "I have no time" or "I am injured", and you create one video dedicated to every excuse. The person with no space gets a full body workout where you barely need any space at all, the person without time gets a 5 minute full body intense workout and the person who is injured gets a full body sitting down workout. I think an "excuse series" would really help!

I did a fitness test for my job yesterday and ended up doing 110 sit-ups in 2 minutes. All the military guys around me were looking at me like I was crazy and asking what my ab routine was. It's Pop-Pilates! :)
My abs aren't even sore today. Maybe they'll hurt tomorrow because of this video.

My son watched me doing your workout... He saw me struggeling with the "Earthquake"... responding: "what's the deal, mom, this is a easy move... look at her on TV"... I forced him to do the "easy" move... he literally could hold it for 2 seconds ;-) ok, he's nine, but he learned his lesson... never heard "easy" again, when he is watching me since then... greetings from Germany

i hated working out the abs so i never did and ended up being fit everwhere but the core!

having fun with caseys abs workout videos, even though im pretty sure I'm going to die halfway through

Instead of saying that my abs did, indeed, hurt, I'll go ahead and say that I'm utterly in love with the punch crunch move ❤ It's a fun move that works your core AND fills you with energy as you get to release everything with those punches, I mean what else, seriously!

The punching one was so much more fun than I thought!!! My abs were literally on fire doing these & determined to hold them better. That earthquake one is absolutely insane lol

This is one of the best ab workouts I have ever done! My only criticism is as a guy I cannot really relate to the sports bra analogy lol
