For beginners out there, please don’t go into your next leg session thinking that doing front squats, low bar and high bar back squats, and hack squats in the same session will boost your squat. Just saying

There is no quick way of getting strong legs. Training is a long process. Just stay consistent with a workout that has an amount of volume that fits for you. Now train for 10 years.
