Great video, I’m gonna do this along with a bunch of other workouts to improve my abs, check fat/jawline, arms, and legs. I’ll update at some point when I remember

Im going to do this for straight 1 month daily update

Day 1- it was somewhat hard and even my stomach hurts but dont worry I completee my first day

Day 2- My stomach still hurts but i cant give up amd day 2 completed

DAY 3- I CAN DO ALL OF THEM PROPERLY NOW

DAY 4- IM GETTING USED TO IT 🎉
Day 5- i can easily do them all
Day 6- i did slightly change in the last exercise and change to plant 45 secs
Day7- the abs slowly start developing
Day8- This is now part of my daily workout
Day9- I got cramp soo bad but still completed it
Day 10- I can feel em
Day 11-still working out
Day 12 - Still working

Starting Today,
DAY 1 went mid, stomach hurts
DAY 2 stomach still hurting, exercises were quite easier than yesterday
DAY 3 pain ended. Gains began

I started two days ago but I will update it now

Day 1 - the toes crunch is quite hard to do
Day 2 - quite easy but the hollow body hold is hard
Day - it's day 3 and I still can't do the hollow body hold my abs still not visible
Day 4 - I still can't do the hollow body hold, but I have see the progress
Day 5 - I skipped for one day
Day 6 - I skipped again :p
I'll update tomorrow see you soon 😁

I will do this every day atleast for 1 hour or longer and keep you guys updated, i wonder how i will look like in 1 year if i stay motivated.(i also involve 1 minute breaks after doing like 1 minute workout or longer cuz your body needs that and if you dont get breaks you will maybe not get the body you want)
