✧UPPER AB BURN+TONE✧

Hello everyone! Today, we have another weighted ab workout! I am pleasantly surprised that you guys really enjoy my weighted workouts. I personally enough them too. Adding some weights into a workout can be VERY effective. This upper ab workout is part of my abs transformation series and I can’t wait to share all of them with you guys.

During the workout, I want you guys to be careful with the weights and go at your own pace! And if the weights ever become too intense for you, you can put the weights down and continue on without them. It will still be effective. Crunching movements do wonders for the upper abs, however, these movements may sometimes put some strain to your neck. So if you ever feel a strain to your neck, go ahead and lightly place your hands under your neck for support. You should mainly be using your upper abs to crunch so try to focus the attention away from the neck and to the abs.

Flashback to March 2020 I probably would've died from this and gave up immediately less than halfway thru. So glad I persevered through the difficult times when starting out and now I'm here completing weighted workouts 😭😭 thank you so much, workout youtubers 💕💕

omg i love this workout!! my abs started to burn 3 minutes into the workout!! ive been doing your first weighted abs workout from 6 months ago for a few months but now im changing it to this!! thank you </3

Ok, I will try this for 14 days, in order to even out my abdomen, since the top is bigger and I don't like it.

Day 1: done🐫

Day 6: done🐐 (I just want to say that my upper abdomen is smaller, I'm thrilled.)

Day 13: done🦃 (I have only one day left !!!)
Day 14: done🕊 !!!

RESULTS:
Ok, after 14 days of doing this exercise I have to say that I am happy!!!!😆😆😆
My upper abdomen decreased a lot, it's still not completely flat, but compared to the beginning it's better. Thank you Elizabeth, for this video, I will keep trying more of your videos, to get a beautiful body like yours.💖💕
