✧UPPER AB BURN+TONE✧
Hello everyone! Today, we have another weighted ab workout! I am pleasantly surprised that you guys really enjoy my weighted workouts. I personally enough them too. Adding some weights into a workout can be VERY effective. This upper ab workout is part of my abs transformation series and I can’t wait to share all of them with you guys.
During the workout, I want you guys to be careful with the weights and go at your own pace! And if the weights ever become too intense for you, you can put the weights down and continue on without them. It will still be effective. Crunching movements do wonders for the upper abs, however, these movements may sometimes put some strain to your neck. So if you ever feel a strain to your neck, go ahead and lightly place your hands under your neck for support. You should mainly be using your upper abs to crunch so try to focus the attention away from the neck and to the abs.
