Used to carry 5 gallon bucket of water for like 30 ft and had to fill up 4 50 gallon barrel for family's horses. Hadda do it 3x a week. Where I live at we had to drive 2 miles to a watering hole. Not to mention hauling fire wood each winter as we only had wood burning stove. Had a good core, not toned or anything, but I could move pretty quick for a 250 lbs guy. I think doing such chores kept me from having bad spine in a bus accident during high school despite being overweight. Trying to get back into that shape after neglecting my core and my health for last 10 years or so. These videos have been helpful at doing all sorts of exercises

Need this! Thank you, I’m thinking I strained my QL muscles from jumping hard when I was fatigued. Your videos as well as others over the past years though have taught me to listen and feel my body more and I’ve been able to rehab with movement and continue to work. 2 years ago I hurt my back and I was barely able to move for weeks. I’ve taken control, and it feels amazing

Suite case dead lift hands down the best oblique exercise for me! I do them at the end of my leg workout and my legs get a nice pump to finish

Man I really enjoy this channel because I have sciatica and I’m 19. It’s so painful but I’ve been doing these course stability exercises and I noticed I’m able to manage better.❤

I love this, very well explained and you showed a visual of the specific muscle groups that are targeted when performing these exercises. Which helps better understand how the movements target specific muscle groups. You gave the what, the why, the how and the where. Great job, I’d love to see more of these kind of videos to learn.
