Love you, and love all of your work. The feedback I'd like to give is that using an AI image for your thumbnail, is confusing. I de-select other workout videos "for seniors" from my feed because I'm not sure they'll be as encouraging and safe as yours - for me, you're the gold standard.. The marketing adage of "Like, Know, and Trust, " is important, and you always reflect that in your videos. I'm sure you're running the numbers for views and clicks, so this is just my opinion, but I look for your smiling face each day. 🥰

Squeeze the shoulder blades together while keeping your shoulders down? That’s not what’s being shown. The guy is doing shrugs, not scapular retractions.
