Just wanted to say a huge thanks for all your programs and hard workouts. I found your channel in Fall 2019 when we were between houses and I was pregnant with my 3rd baby. Your program got me through that crazy time of life and postpartum. Just lost 20 lbs with your 3.0 from January…. Now I’m pregnant with number 4 and am so grateful to know I can stick with your programs (modified) all the way through! I appreciate your work!

30 minutes is the perfect length for a workout! The playlist helps to keep the pace.

I 'll be honest, I took several extra breaks, I 'm literally dripping in sweat and I 'm SO GLAD it's over!!! 45" is too much time for me, I get tired and my mind starts drifting away, so I 'm not totally satisfied by my form and total execution of the exercises and 45 seconds of mountain climbers which I wholeheartedly hate and can never do them for more than 10" (I think that my core, especially lower back, is not strong enough for them) is pure hell for me. But this was definitely a sweaty cardio session! Looking forward to day 3! (Heather looking awesome as always, honestly looking at you is more than often my only source of inspiration and motivation to workout)

This was a great cardio workout - I loved the new moves! I did a third round of each circuit just to extend the workout a little. Feeling completely exhausted in the best way. Thanks Heather!

It's my day 1, can't go beyond 21 minutes😅....but it's fine...I am gonna be in the race until this series of glow up completes...doing it for my weight loss ...started with 86 kgs...

I'm still sore from yesterday's legs strenght workout 😂 I was already sweating when finishing round 1 of circuit 1 but I love it because I'm bathing in sweat right now yo!

I have been loving the 30 mins workouts! Thank you Heather. It feels so much more attainable. I sometimes get discouraged when videos are longer than 30 mins and it’s hard to get motivated. These last few posts have been awesome!
