Today we will work on our cardio and our core by crushing 16 exercises for 2 rounds of 40 seconds each. No equipment is needed for this high intensity workout, all you need is your water and a sweat towel. This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself in terms of intensity!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. Hi, anyone here in 2025 by chance???? I started this program 4 years ago after such a hard time in my life, and I watched it transform by body. I was 21, in college, living at home. I’m now 26, married, in my career. ❤️ it’s so cool to be able to do this again! You’re the best, Sydney!!

I was so surprised that this was completely bodyweight. I won't lie, I really don't like cardio but this was great workout. I found myself clapping and cheering myself one. Great job Sydney!

CRUSHED IT all the way from SOUTH KOREA 🇰🇷
The lock downs and being stuck in the house has definitely added some extra pounds and im so thankful for these workout programs with Integrated weight training. This was a tough workout and I was out of breath basically the whole time but I did it and its been a great start to the new year!

I used to pause Sydney’s videos at least 5 times. But then it was 4 times, then a couple, then none. I kept going. I’m worth it. And so is everyone on this page. Embrace the pause if it means you’ll stay!

This was definitely not my favorite but I crushed it. I couldn’t get into the groove but so appreciate being out of my comfort zone. Didn’t give up even though the little voice in my head said “we don’t like this just stop”. Thanks Sydney!

Holy moly that was tough! I definitely consider abs and cardio weak spots but that’s why I’m glad this program is pushing me more out of my comfort zone so that I can feel more confident and know that I can crush it! Proud of myself for keeping it going!!
