For the row and march- try up to 30 alternating repetitions focusing on CONTROL over speed ☝🏽

For the pallof press- make sure you get enough resistance out to the side to press out against. Try up to 20 reps each side 👀

Be careful, please. You should do it against the other side of the door. The force might open the door that might cause some trouble. I'm just saying. Thanks for the video.

Attach your anchor to the hinge side of the door. Above the hinges for top and middle hinge. Below the hinge at the lower hinge. That hollow core dore will eventually break as you increase weight/tension

In the second exercise are you pushing it away from you- I started using resistant bands about two weeks ago and have absolutely enjoyed the workouts, but have had a hard time finding videos to show proper execution of such exercises- I hope you will share more videos.
