I do your exercises to lose 6 kg in 14 days and it really has an effect! Today is the 16th day and I lost 5 kg without a diet! So much inspiration! I'm still getting in shape for the summer!💛

Hi Roberta, I think this workout is perfect for me, because I am a beginner and also I want to reduce my weight. I will start this routine from tommorrow (1st nov. 2020) and hope to do consistently for next 30 days. Currently I am 60.8kgs and want to get down to 43.8kgs. Will update my journey. Please wish me luck🙂

Day 1 I'm out of breath but satisfied
Day 2 I'm not as exhausted as I was the day before. I have a lot more energy
Day 3 I'm not tired at all like I can feel my muscles squeezing but that's it I think I'm going to do another exercise.
Day 4 I think my body has now gotten used to this workout although I'm a little tired I have a lot more energy, and I can feel my leg muscles tightening.
Day 5 unexpected rest day for me.
Day 6 I'm back in the game again! I feel so much better.

Like this so you can see if this works!
Day 1: I don’t feel or see a difference but my thighs kinda burn
Day 2: same as day 1 but my thighs burn and hurt a LOT more. Make sure to stretch so u don’t hurt yourself.
