Get ready for a serious sweat with this kickboxing Tabata workout! We are combining the cardio aspect of kickboxing with the Intensity of tabata training for one killer workout! Use just your body weight or throw In some light hand weights for added resistance and arm Toning!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
5 kickboxing tabata circuits 20s work + 10s rest x4 rounds each
Cool Down & Stretch

Not going to lie! this is the 1st time that I like a tabata. They are usually my #1 nemesis but today I enjoyed the movements and playlist. I felt like I was kicking Ass. I might sleep like a ninja tonight.
