Join me for this 10 minute Kickboxing Quick Hiit workout. In this workout we will jump right in to get a full body workout in a short amount of time. All you need is a little space to move. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

Hi Amy, I used to be 230-240 pounds when I was 26, now Im 30 and I weigh about 175 being 5"10, I run I cycle, Im pretty fit, one of the first things I did to lose weight was watching your videos, I couldnt follow them properly being overweight and having asthma, now it feels pretty easy going through your workouts but still challenging! just wanna say to people trying and wanting to get better, keep on working doing what you honestly can and success is not likely but GUARANTEED.

I use to be a kickboxer.. I was in my 20's and 250 but pretty flexible. Now I am 45, and a little heavier due to pcos. I have to say your workout was easy to follow to get me ready to go back to classes. Ty!

Thank you, this was enjoyable and I really love that you said we should listen to our bodies because most videos just pushed and pushed and it makes viewers guilty that they're not doing enough even though the exercise is more miserable than taking time to enjoy the movement and power.

I love those 10-15 mins workout, try to work out in the mornings follow by breakfast, shower and work and they are just perfect for my busy days. Good work Amy!!
