If you're looking for a fun + challenging, full body cardio workout at home this 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing TABATA Workout is for you! 🔥
We'll run through the 5 moves quickly, working in 20 second intervals and resting for 10 seconds between exercises. Since our "work" interval is short (20 seconds), you need to go ALL OUT for those 20 seconds!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 5 Cardio Kickboxing Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, tabata-style)
✔️ Repeat all 5 exercises x4 sets
Because this workout is so short, there's no warm-up or cool down included in today's workout. I'm linking a guided warm-up and cool down below for you to use instead!
