One of the many things I love about doing workouts again after a few months is seeing the improvements in strength & endurance. Definitely noticed that today. I did this one at the beginning of the year & seriously struggled but today I kicked butt 🔥

Did this today and burnt 300 calories, but opted for low impact moves for the jumping exercises. This still burns. I am glad I did it. Will go back to this for sure

This was extremely good hard but good. Love cardio kickboxing Heather you did a great job with this one. I’ve kickboxer before and your moves are on point. I added hand weights and now I’m going to use the bag. HR 177 on point ! Thanks Heather been with you since march 2020 and still going strong ! Hope all have a beautiful and blessed Tuesday.
