I had a really bad day today... Lost at a tournament, binged bc of the loss...
At the evening I tried to pull my father so he would exercise outside for a bit (he stopped doing it bc of the work), and said I'd go with him for motivation. And I wanted to make a bit after a depressing day, so I picked one of your TABATAs . Even tho it's night rn, it MADE MY DAY.

Would love to see more Tabata and HIIT workouts that aren't so squat intensive. I'm all for squats, but this workout was basically uninterrupted squat work which meant my legs gave out way before I hit my cardio max.
