I've had so many requests for a cardio kickboxing workout - so here it is!! To be honest I was a little out of my comfort zone with this one. I'm definitely not a boxer (which you can see through my less than impeccable form lol) but I had so much fun with this one and I hope you will too! This cardio workout is full of kickboxing inspired exercises that will get that heart rate up, help burn fat, improve endurance and will have you seriously sweaty by the end!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
2 cardio kickboxing circuits 30s work + 10s rest x 2 rounds each
Cool Down

I've been trying to complete this workout for about a month now. I'm getting back into shape and fell in love with her methods! Today I finally complete the whole workout in one session!! Heather kicks your butt for sure but I can't stay away from her style of fitness. 💪🏾

I just found this workout. I've never been a fan of intense training, my heart is always on tachycardia and when I overwork I start feeling sick. I'm proud, I did the whole training, of course I stopped to take air and tried to go a little more slow, but I completed it and it feels nice 😭🙏🏼

This is def a sweaty one for sure! I love how the time flew by and it was so fun. Highest HR 190 WOW!!! Total Cal 220.

This workout is hands down the best cardio workout I have found. I have always loved boxing because it slims me down fast. Your music was empowering and energizing. The moves were not complicated but very effective. I will be doing this one regularly! Thank you! ❤

Done this today for the first time and it was so much fun and made me feel so strong! Also I felt like it could be improving my coordination over time.

I’m currently trying to lose a lot of weight and finishing this workout showed me that I’m capable to do it. I’ve been loving Heather’s workouts for a long time and this one definitely gets on my playlist! Awesome, thank you so much, Heather!

This is probably my favorite of everything you've put out so far! It didn't even feel like working out in the middle, but I was dripping sweat at the end!

I don't usually post comments but wow. Heather you have transformed exercising at home. I have always been a gym person and when quarantine began, all gyms closed, I worried that I would not find motivation to workout at home. Boy was I wrong. Now I can not envision myself returning to the gym. My relationship with exercise has done a complete 180. I no longer do it to look a certain way but because it makes me feel good and I genuinely enjoy it. Thank you so much Heather for you uploads and variety in workouts!!
